When does the Assessment and Strategy Session happen?
Both are scheduled within 5 business days of your deposit. You'll receive a confirmation email with scheduling instructions and an intake form immediately after your payment is confirmed.
What's the difference between Founder and Enterprise?
The plan that fits depends on the complexity of your business structure, the number of entities, your estate and succession goals, and the scope of what needs to be built. Scott will walk you through both options at the end of your Strategy Session — after he's seen your full picture. Your deposit applies to either.
I already have a trust and a will. Do I still need this?
Possibly. Victor had a 34-page trust — and it held nothing, because his assets were never moved into it. Having documents and having a complete, funded, current plan are different things. The Assessment tells you exactly where you stand. Most business owners with existing documents discover at least one significant gap they didn't know was there.
